I will offer individual sessions in Ottawa Monday and Tuesday, Oct 16-17, and in Toronto Oct 19-20 These healing sessions typically include both information (in response ot your questions or topics of interest) as well as energy to balance and heal the body.

Meditation Concert of Medieval Healing Chants of Hildegard

A sensual feast of the heart, Hildegard's chants were written as a means for people to come into communion with spirit. Relax into a meditation time as they are sung by Norma and accompanied by sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls. Those present will learn how to do overtone chant, and will be invited to add their voices in simple toning to some of the songs. Here is an opportunity to experience sacred sound in its most natural form, the human voice.

An experiential workshop on Healing and Sound

You will learn to connect directly with the essence of healing tones, using Sacred Geometry, Archangel Michael and Mary, the angels or muses who helped bring the song into the mind of the compower, and of course your own guide or healing angel. This time is a misture of explanation and technique followed by 'voices-on' doing. Some basic breath and voice instruction, techniques to help you clear energies quickly and easily from your body, and of course group chant, toning and meditation to implement all of these changes
