energy within each breath, the sunlight warming our 3rd eye
and navel chakra, and the Pure Energy of Nature which
surrounds, embraces and flows through all Life. Our bodies
rely on these sources of energetic and spiritual nutrition
for our vitality. When our aura contracts inward, these
sources of nourishment are less accessible.
