Nothing is stagnant; not even things or ideas that
appear to us as being permanent. Our consciousness
is changing rapidly, and the forms around us in the
world must also adapt and change
Dear
Friends,
Whether it is the Inauguration or an astrological alignment
(or both) we are experiencing energies that I call
Manic-Panic. We are experiencing a heightened sense of
anticipation, but underlying energies have not yet fully
formed . As tempting as it is to lunge forward and grab
ahold of what we expect is coming, what we think we
see is not necessarily what we will get. For this reason it
is important to restrain from making quick decisions or
taking on new tasks.
Patience is not a virtue that most of us living in Western
cultures understand. But in this moment it is crucial to
helping us move smoothly and easily through multiple cycles
of creation that impact us personally as well as
globally.
CYCLES OF CREATION
The concept of renewal often begins with a sense of having a
blank or empty slate as a starting point. But the reality is
that there are multiple overlapping creative cycles
constantly starting and ending in our lives. Think of each
creative cycle as a wheel - like the old-fashioned wheel
that would be turned by water in a flowing river. Half of
the the wheel is above the water, half of it is below. A
cycle of creation is the same. Half of the cycle is not
visible to humanity. It is not until the cycle comes into
form that we can see it.
In terms of world-wide paradigm shifts, we are witnessing
changes because so much energetic work was done before these
changes came into form. And after each change arrives into
form there will be additional energetic work to let it
transform.
Nothing is stagnant; not even things or ideas that appear to
us as being permanent. Our consciousness is changing
rapidly, and the forms around us in the world must also
adapt and change each day. We can no longer find stability
in the sameness of things. We can only find stability inside
of ourselves.
There may be very long periods of linear time where an
energetic pattern waits within our unconsciousness before it
and our physical world are ready to meet. Only then can it
come into form. When it does, we feel like we can move
forward and take action around something. ' Oh yes, I can do
that now!' 'Yes, I want to do that now.'
When we mark the beginning or ending of cycles (New Year,
Full Moon, New Moon) we have a tendency to think 'this is a
blank slate now…we start clean and new!' The reality of
course is that we are carrying all the existing energies and
creative cycles into this new time. Some of these creative
cycles may yet be lying outside of our awareness. They are
lying in the part of the wheel that is still submerged in
water. In this portion of the creative process, these
energetic patterns are still being shaped by humanity's
unconsciousness. This is a time to remember that as humans
we impact form by choosing what we give our attention to, as
well as choosing the quality of our attention.
Within each cycle of creation there is a period of Renewal.
During this time we acknowledge all the cycles initiated in
the past, and know that we carry with us all that is coming
from our past. During this time of overlap betwen opening
and closing cycles, we acknowledge the cycles initiated in
the past. In this time we have the opportunity to identify
and release what does not serve us from the past, so that we
need not carry it into the future.

catches up with the spiritual foundation of who you
truly are. After the healing session your Soul,
body and life will reflect each other more
accurately.

I do not intend or focus healing so that your
body looks perfect, or that your aura looks like it
does in a book. My guides consult and follow your
guides, asking at each organ, each chakra, each
issue in your life; what is it that your body and
Soul choose? What is your next step? And in this
process, allowing whatever no longer serves your
Soul's journey to be released.
A recording is made of the session. When you listen
to the recording your guides and the healing angels
will return to continue to help your personal inner
understanding and release continue. Sessions are

Healing the Lower body helps us Find Our
New Direction in Life.
While both an Obstacle and a Spiritual
Redirection can feel restrictive and be
constricting to our lives, we can better
feel the difference between them when our
lower body is freed from the energies of
others.
As I psychic, I am aware that the low
chakras of our bodies are just as
sensitive and empathic as our head and
heart chakras. But very often we don't
recognize when information is coming into
our bodies through these low chakras.
