The Heart of Chaos

Norma Gentile, voice and shruti box
A song from her Hathor guide Atamira from a live Meditation Concert, March 18 in Portland Oregon

Last fall I was directed by my guides to plan a Meditation Concert in downtown Portland, Oregon on the evening of March 19th. When I asked what music to sing I felt drawn to focus on the spontaneous songs that my Hathor guide, Atamira, steps in and sings through me. For my own contentment, they explained that this concert was creating music to remind us that in the midst of chaos, we can find the power of stillness and the sacredness of our own deep inner power.

In the days preceding this concert the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdowns began in Japan. The first wave of radiation from Japan arrived in Oregon the morning of the concert. So, that day there was, amidst the chaos of earth changes and nuclear fear, a still, small, center point of people meditating and singing together. And it was recorded.

I now understand why the guides and angels placed the concert on this date. The audio recording of the concert incorporates not only the ongoing chaos and fear, but also the expansive Divine Feminine energies of the Full Moon and the steady balancing qualities of the Spring Equinox which were juxtaposed that day.

My thanks to all who came and sang in stillness with me that day.
