Biography

Mayte Abad Morente resides in Spain. She is a Reiki Master (Tibetan Usui) and translator (English-Spanish). Her journeys and studies with esoteric teachers and native elders inform her writing and translations. Her studies include angels, devas, spirits and intelligences of Nature, sacred geometry, energy, reiki, rebirthing, ho'oponopono, meditation, channelling and various therapies. She has translated some articles and essays by Norma Gentile and she has reviewed the translations of two books by Drunvalo, "The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, vol 1" and "Living in the Heart" for the second Spanish edition published by Teohua, as well as various DVDs published by Conchita Castellanos and Teohua.

Mayte has a variety of interests. At the university she studied Political Science and Sociology. More recently she has trained in Horse Care and Handling, Environmental Awareness and Tourist Activity Management. Currently Mayte works as a freelance oral interpreter (Spanish - English) and written translator. Her speciality and love is holistic and heart-centered material.

Biografía

Mayte Abad Morente vive en España. Es maestra de Reiki (Usui Tibetano), traductora (inglés-español) y escritora. Ha estudiado y viajado con nativos y maestros esotéricos. Ha estudiado sobre ángeles, devas, espíritus e inteligencias de la naturaleza, geometría sagrada, energía, reiki, renacimiento, ho'oponopono, meditación, canalización y diversas terapias. Ha traducido diversos artículos de Norma Gentile y ha revisado las traducciones de los libros de Drunvalo "El Antiguo Secreto de la Flor de la Vida volumen 1" y "Viviendo en el Corazón" para su segunda edición en español de la editorial Teohua, así como varios DVDs de Drunvalo publicados por Conchita Castellanos en la editorial Teohua.

Mayte tiene interés por muchos y variados temas. En la Universidad cursó estudios de Ciencias Políticas y Sociología. Más recientemente hizo un curso de Cuidado y Manejo del Caballo, Impacto medioambiental y Gestión de Actividades Turísticas. Actualmente Mayte trabaja como freelance, intérprete (inglés-español) y traductora de textos. Su especialidad y lo que realmente le gusta es el material holístico y enfocado al corazón.
