VISION: A Candlelight Meditation Concert
Alive
in the light of only candles, The Old Church echoes
with thousand-year-old healing chants by HILDEGARD
von BINGEN and spontaneous sacred songs sung
by sound shaman and soprano NORMA
GENTILE.
The
theme this year is INNER VISION. The journey your
soul embarked upon when you first decided to
incarnate has most likely changed, as our world and
shared consciousness have changed. Come, meditate
and let the sound assist you in loosening up what
no longer serves you, in order to make space for
what most supports your soul's journey
now.
This
evening of mystical music brings together sacred
medieval chants composed by Hildegard and Norma's
own improvisational sound healings, drawn through
her in the moment from spirit. These chants dance
in Norma's voice with ancient Tibetan singing
bowls, Harmonic Tones (some created by the
audience), and Schruti box, an Indian devotional
instrument.
This
is a time of sacredness, devoted to deep inner
healing, nourishment and transformation.

are $15 at the door (starting at 7:30) or in
advance at New Renaissance Books and online at
Norma's website, where you can also hear samples of

A NOTE ON
THE ENERGIES OF THIS TIME FROM ASTROLOGER MARK
DODICH On
March 30th, the moon is traveling through the
feminine sign of Cancer. This brings a sense of
comfort when you tap into this nurturing energy.
However, there is a price. The moon is tied to the
planet Pluto, which carries the energy of
transformation and regeneration. Old emotional
wounds must be released under this dynamic
combination. Pluto is associated with the Will of
God, Power - and a person cannot be powerful when
they hold onto that which is no longer theirs to
hold.
There is help in this process because assertive
Mars is moving backwards through the purifying sign
of Virgo the goddess. Between January 23 and April
13, you receive help in removing the clutter from
your inner and outer world. This helps you to open
to higher vision, intuition, and a new sense of
clarity now that spiritual Neptune has begun a 14
year journey through compassionate Pisces. When you
combine all this energy, it initially produces
conflicting demands from different parts of your
being. Although you may initially feel pulled
apart, the blessing is that you will be
re-integrated in a whole new way. The benefit is
that you are able to open to your higher vision and
trust yourself to take the proper steps to live
fully in that new vision.

I am working on a newsleter that includes

Below is a small excerpt. if you feel so moved,

exploration and time of meditative
healing.
Knowing
what is and isn't of true danger to our bodies is
most important. When we give our energy to
worry or concern over events that might happen on
certain days or dates we are empowering that same
worry and concern that exists within the shared
human consciousness. When we take the time to
feel internally if some doomsday or even just
worrisome scenario is accurate for us, our own body
has the opportunity to let us know its own
opinion.
My
own sense is that by giving a series of dates much
importance we are practicing receiving information
from our connection to the mass consciousness of
humanity, processing it, and returning to the mass
consciousness our own experience.
If
we do not have full engagement by our souls into
the lower areas of our physical body we are more
apt to experience fear. This includes fear
that results from receiving signals of change from
the mass consciousness during dreamstate. As
we learn to engage into our bodies we have the
ability to discern if our own body is actually
warning us of an ongoing or immenent threat, or if
we are resonating with another's experience.
This

This is a weekend workshop for Practitioners,

We have the use of this entire
beautiful and unique private cottage,
outdoor gazebo and swimming - bring your
meditation cushion and comfy clothes,
favorite snacks and if you want a swim

This is not a residential retreat. Lunch

Introduction
to Sound Shamanism
An
experiential workshop exploring how sacred chant,
toning and mantras, energy awareness and healing
meet. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a
meditation cushion if you like.
In
Sound Shamanism the music (or the spoken voice) is
the medium upon which healing flows. We will
explore the power of sound to hold space for the
healing of ourselves, other people or world
situations. This is a nice blend of energy
information for healers and experiential group
toning that everyone can enjoy. All are welcome
regardless of musical background. My aim is to give
you practical ideas you can take with you to other
healing groups, chant or drumming groups, and out
into your daily life.
As
a group we will use chanting, toning and quiet
meditations to open our physical bodies and energy
systems to conduct greater healing through us.
Norma and her guides (most likely Archangel Michael
and Mary) will share an idea, then put it into
practice using sound, breath, and gentle movement.
Along with her Hathor guide, Atamira, Norma will
offer a sound healing with her voice and her
Tibetan Singing Bowls created specifically for
workshop participants.

Meditation Concert
Creating
a New Context for this Sacred Eve
I want to
offer a special Candlelight Meditation Concert on
Good Friday Eve, April 22. This day can be
particularly deep energetically, and as a result
people often yearn to enter into a state of
profound stillness. I know this state as one where
inner transformation happens easily, while Sacred
Silence surrounds you. The concert will be one hour

On
this day there will be a Full Moon, Full
Lunar Eclipse, and the Winter's Solstice
leading us into the final stages of
preparation for 2012. This is an eclipse
you will feel. It is the first of a series
of eclipses that open somewhat challenging
doorways of deep emotions. These are
opportunities for our personality to
remember that it is the result of our Soul
embracing our physical body, not the
reverse! The more comfortable we are
during these eclipses the more we are apt
to be able to open the doorways leading to
previously untapped resources of our own
emotional energies.
This eclipse, falling iupon the energies
of the Winter's Solstice, offers us the
potential to open important doorways for
us to move through in 2011. Doorways
that we allow ourselves to open
consciously on this day's solstice and
eclipse give us access to new
possibilities, new ways of seeing ourself
and new ways of experiencing changes in
our life during the transition into
2012.

Healing Sounds
An experiential workshop exploring sound, energy
& healing using Sound Shamanism
In
Sound Shamanism the music (or the spoken voice) is
the medium upon which healing flows. We will
explore the power of sound to hold space for the
healing of ourselves, other people or world
situations. This is a nice blend of energy
information for healers and experiential group
toning that everyone can enjoy. All are welcome
regardless of musical background. My aim is to give
you practical ideas you can take with you to other
healing groups, chant or drumming groups, and out
into your daily life.
As
a group we will use chanting, toning and quiet
meditations to open our physical bodies and energy
systems to conduct greater healing through us.
Norma and her guides (most likely Archangel Michael
and Mary) will share an idea, then put it into
practice using sound, breath, and gentle movement.
Along with her Hathor guide, Atamira, Norma will
offer a sound healing with her voice and her
Tibetan Singing Bowls created specifically for
workshop participants.

was washing dishes the other day and listening to
the radio news reporting on more political discord.
Everyone being interviewed had plenty of blame to
put onto someone else. As I listened, I kept
thinking that no one was even considering what they
themselves could do to change the situations they
were complaining about. And suddenly the most
obvious thing struck me.
The
campaign slogan that Barak Obama used wasn't "yes I
can", meaning he would do the work of for us, but
"yes WE can", symbolizing the new Aquarian
age. But now that the going is tough, few
people seem to be willing to be part of the WE
factor in this equation for change!
If

It
seems particularly fitting to offer a FREE PHONE
MEDITATION near the full moon and equinox on
September 22. The influx of Sacred Masculine
energies to the planet is magnifying mental and
physical issues. It is creating pressure upon the
points in our bodies and lives that we most need to
change. And yet human nature is to hold on more
strongly to something when we perceive that it is

special Candlelight Meditation Concert on Good
Friday Eve, April 2. This day can be particularly

A group of guides associated with Reiki connected
with me last fall and showed me how my talents at
seeing 'the big picture' outside of someone's body
lets me see energies that constrict or dull the
light of Reiki.

own soul and the vibration of your consciousness

I want to
offer a special Candlelight Meditation Concert on
Good Friday Eve, April 2. This day can be
particularly deep energetically, and as a result
people often yearn to enter into a state of
profound stillness. I know this state as one where
inner transformation happens easily, and the outer
world responds effortlessly. The concert will be
one hour straight through, so as to not interrupt
the meditation energies that will be built together
by the group.

music includes medieval chants by Hildegard of
Bingen and spontaneous songs from Spirit,
accompanied by harmonic toning, and a choir of
Tibetan Singing Bowls.
This
evening of mystical music brings together sacred
medieval chants of Hildegard and Norma's own
improvisational sound healings, drawn through her
in the moment from spirit. These chants dance in
Norma's voice with ancient Tibetan singing bowls,
harmonic toning, and Schruti box, an Indian
devotional instrument.

and Norma's own improvisational sound healings,

Reiki, Healing and Financial Guides
A
forum for all lineages and levels of Reiki and
other healing modalities
(open to all, you need not have Reiki to
attend)
We
as a race have raised ourselves in consciouness
tremendously since the first beings in spirit gave
Reiki and other healing modalities to the word.
Even the most recent shift in how we perceive money
has changed how we access information from our
financial guides. These beings wait for us to let
them know when we are ready to 'upgrade' to a new
level of connection with them. This workshop
includes a process of clearing and resetting the
natural connection to your healing, financial and
reiki (all lineages) guides that reflects all of
the changes that have occured. This includes
learning to create the Nature Sphere and using it
to charge rooms.
For
many years I have seen the various lineages of
Reiki has having beautiful light. But often that
light seems constricted. As a flexible channel, I
often pick up on other people's guides (really
handy during healings, not so great in a tightly
packed airplane).
A group of guides associated with Reiki connected
with me last fall and showed me how my talents at
seeing 'the big picture' outside of someone's body
lets me see energies that constrict or dull the
light of Reiki. After sharing this work a few
times, I realize that the process they shared can
also be applied to healing guides of other
modalities and our financial guides.
As a result, I developed a workshop that is a
series of meditations, led by these Reiki guides
and your own Reiki or healing guides, to free up
the Reiki light , your own connection to your
healing and financial guides, and re-tune these
according to your own soul and the vibration of
your consciousness now. Practitioners who have done
this process with me say they feel much more power
in their healing, and deep clarity in their own
energy fields.
THE THEORY BEHIND THE RE-SETTING GUIDES
WORKSHOP
Each Reiki symbol represents a quality of
love. That quality is held by a conscious
being. When you visualize the symbol, you
connect to the being. We as a race have raised
ourselves in consciousness tremendously since the
first beings gave Reiki to the world These beings
wait for us to let them know when we are ready to
'up-grade' to a new level.
The principle symbol will be cleansed and
re-initialized. I will lead you through this
process, which includes learning to create the
Unity Sphere with Nature and using it to charge
spaces with Reiki symbols. We will also do a
specific meditation to re-set the financial guides
for each person. For those who have not yet
received an attunement to Reiki, the healing guides
who are working with them will be
re-initialized.

Releasing the importance that we unwittingly give
to both our small daily personal fears and our
gloabally manifesting fears will change th choices
humanity has available to it in the very near
future.
It is time for those who can do so, to address
their own personal fears, so that our shared
unconsciousness has within it a pattern of standing
up honestly to fear and knowing it for what is it:
a disconnection from Spirit. and when we are
responding to fear we are not responding to
Spirit.

Winter Solstice, I can't help but notice the
parallels to our outer world, where fear is being
created in greater and greater abundance.

falling‚" attitude around events as something

of Light Workshop: Opening to the
Infinite Human

In this one day
workshop we use music,
breath, guided meditations,
chanting, movement and silence to
open the portal of Compassion in
our Universal Heart. Opening both
the High Heart (thymus) and
traditional Heart charkas is the
key. From there we explore how to
manifest this compassion into our
physical world.
The
Heart of Light provides an
amazing amount of power to
connect physical and spiritual
energies. It is the next step in
reuniting our bodies with an
incredibly gentle and soft energy
that already exists inside of
each of us. We will use chant,
breath, easy movement and
meditation to tune our Heart of
Light within. Please dress
comfortably.

About 3 years ago Drunvalo taught
me the healing technique he uses
in his workshops. I spent another
year working with him doing these
healings in his workshops.
Two years ago Thoth appeared, and
began to teach me how to embody
the Heart opening. With my Hathor
guide Atamira by my side, I
developed a gentle and kind way
of using music and my voice to
gently lift out energies that are
no longer in tune with our bodies
and souls. We will have a
time of 'lay-down'healing in the
workshop for you to receive this
healing as I sing and play my
Tibetan Singing Bowls. For those
who desire it, I will stay to
offer private healing sessions
where I can speak directly to
personal issues and the energies
that bind them into our
life."

workshop takes place at the Santa
Fe Centre which is located just
north of the N340 coast road a
few kilometres from
Estepona.
The
special energy in this loft-type
place has been lovingly- enhanced
with exotic furnit and warm rugs
to provide the perfect space for
this workshop.Tea, coffee and
juice in the breaks as well as a
delicious vegetable paella lunch
together on the beach are all
included in the price of the
workshop.

el Centro Santa Fe que
está situado al norte del
N340, y unos pocos kilometres de
Estepona.
La energía especial de
este sitio tipo buhardilla ha
sido realzado amorosamente con
muebles exóticos y

ofrecer el espacio perfecto para
este taller. El precio del taller

Santa Fe Centre is located just
north of the N.340 coast road to
the east of Estepona at
km.159.50.If you are coming from
the east(Malaga,San Pedro etc)
turn right off the coast road
where you see the sign Real
Escuela Ecuestre.Go straight on
for approximately 100 metres
where there is a small industrial
area of white-washed warehouses
on the right.Turn right into this
area.You will see a sign for
Centro Santa Fe on the wall.Go
straight on again and Centro
Santa Fe is directly in
front.There is ample parking near
the centre.
If you are coming from the west
(Algeciras,Estepona) turn right
off the coast road just after the
Kempinski Hotel and use the
cambio de sentido that goes under
the road to double back and
follow the directions as above.

situado justo al norte de la
carretera de la costa N-340 al
este de Estepona en el Km.
159,50. Si vienes del este
(Málaga, San Pedro, etc.)
gira a la derecha cuando veas el
letrero Real Escuela Ecuestre. Ve
recto unos 100 metros
aproximadamente donde hay un
pequeño polígono
industrial de naves encaladas a
la derecha. Métete
ahí a la derecha.
Verás un cartel en la
pared para el Centro Santa Fe. Ve
recto de nuevo y el Centro Santa
Fe esta directamente enfrente.
Hay aparcamiento suficiente cerca
del centro.
Si
vienes del oeste (Algeciras,
Estepona) por la carretera de la
costa gira a la derecha justo
después del Hotel
Kempinski y usa el cambio de
sentido que va por debajo de la
carretera para volver sobre tus
pasos y seguir las indicaciones
de arriba.
